Nordic Potatoes and potatoes are among the most widely used vegetables in Scandinavia, both for their role as a staple food and also because of their mild flavor, texture, or quality. Potato is an excellent starter vegetable due to its high fiber content and low-fat contents; it can be made from fresh potato seeds (no need – you may have plenty already!) but sometimes substitutes like sweetcorn come into play too.
